When in doubt, go for Lean Protein, fish or chicken… Thank you to McDonalds, they have the Chicken Wraps that are Health Ticked by the National Heart Foundation, so YES they are the choices to take. Not only are they comparatively sound for calories, sugar, fat and protein, but they have a good source of fibre too.
Why is fibre important?
FIBRE attaches to calories in your digesitve system and carries them straight out, so they don’t get absorbed… so you essentially consume less calories…
