Have you heard the one about Conspicuous Models…
It’s really easy. You see, this guy Abraham Maslow conceptualized this little theory of motivational behaviour. You have this beautiful model that describes the motivational strategies that drive a persons behaviour.
It’s similar to Sengchou (see Breathe in Flexibility) whom was at the top of his game. He studied the physiology and psychology of Conspicuous Models. This gave him great strength and flexibility to breathe in a relaxing embedment of rich health. He choose to be compassionate and nourishing to all beings as influenced and motivated by his Role Models.
It seems it lead to a bountiful life that is nice and smooth, relaxing and powerful. Sounds like what Nelson Mandela said a while back, a good head and a good heart are always a formidable combination.
Now, Maslow suggested that a person wafts through 5 Levels of Human Needs. So you travel up the pyramid by steps. Usually any step implies you carry your luggage up, one step at a time. Each human need must be met sufficiently before proceeding to the next level. Do you live around here?
So this happens everywhere, you’ve all done it. You first meet your PHYSIOLOGICAL Needs of water, food, shelter, sex. Saved by the bell. It’s as easy as that.
Once you’ve turned into wonder woman or super man, these fundamental needs have been met, and you move onto the SECURITY level. You’re already getting a handle on the images to be physically safe. It will point out if you’re on the right track. And this is what we want to do here now. Now, you are paying attention I’m sure.
“On a Societal Tone…”
The Doctor replied about his client, that here property rights had been secured and she now had the right to keep her property.
They asked the Doctor at his conference on that particular day, “How can you tell, what were the signs?”
Lending an ear the Doctor moved, “She can sleep easy with the knowledge that no one can enter her home without permission.”
The reality was, she was safe and laughing all the way to the bank. Because she was getting more than she could foresee. It changed the location of her breathing, a little more relaxed from her belly. The Doctor just noticed these small changes.
Back in the present… It puts you in another time, all in the same boat. Now we’ve talked about PHYSIOLOGICAL Needs and SECURITY Needs, it means it will be easy for you to remember them. It is like walking you through a threshold. Once you have arrived at that ecological boundary, you get to break through to the other side, you get to change it. Your needs change in Incremental Behavioural Management. You get them to think, and all you see is your SOCIAL Needs. Wow… great group!
The beauty of SOCIAL Needs is that everybody has some wins. The horizon has a feel about giving a hoot. Have you heard the one about the Wise Old Owl? He fluttered about in the clear dark, building rapport. Whispering with tonality and physiology, and it just works. He Skyped across the whole globe, and earned the right to lead.
The idea was to pace yourself with volition. Adopt the pace of nature: her secret is patience, waltzed Ralph Waldo Emerson in a hypnotic language pattern.
Resourcefully stop, and smell the flower. The gentle scent of rich pink fuchsias, cascading kindly, flowing and relaxing in the depth of health. Just then you’ll appreciate what Ben Hogan sang, as you walk down the fairway of life you must smell the roses, for you only get to play one round.
Let me see if I understand for what purpose. Usually you get agreement, people say they’ve clicked, they are in sync. Making friends, building relationships, doing a little dance. And breathing is so important. Matching the breathing, if you can do that you’re half way there. Can you notice the difference. That’s all that is…
Socially, they like to inspect things and get a handle. John Muir makes it sound so, so easy, they just decided to climb the mountains and get their good tidings. A clear sense, with a quality timbre.
Okay so, outside of the room, one of the people came and sat down and started telling a story. He had been on a holiday and he stumbled upon that sweet baby scent, brand new, so sensitive. His Grandchild opened up a Babbling Responsive Clam as he changed nappies for the first time ever, in his life. Was there an empty chair? It was easy. If I can do it, anyone can do it! He just started. He was in rapport, warm and comfortable. It was that easy peaceful feeling, and a shift in the person. He was doing something automatically. He was leading and his Social Needs were met.
It’s so easy and it’s so powerful, even in a business situation. Picking up on rapport. You can stand right next to a person, in New York City. And there is a compatible configuration of Social belongingness. It’s so important in business, because you can tell your clients to do things that you want them to do…
From a business point of view, it’s also about being on the same page. Team A sits next to Team B and that way they are on the same side. Virginia Woolf, said, some people go to priests; others to poetry; I to my friends. Okay we’re starting. Just keep in mind the communication model is rich.
