    The study found that it is easier on your psyche to enjoy that occasional treat that you love, the wine, cheese, steak – whatever it is… because if that is what you love, then that is what you love.  Stressing yourself out over it, only contributes negatively.  Instead, you can say, wow – I’m lucky I get to enjoy this such and such.  And just Relax in Rich Health.

    Remember Jim Rohn said, Communication is 20% what you know, and 80% how you feel about what you know. Therefore it goes…

    • 20% WHAT you know:  you know you just indulged in the delicious lemon baked pie cake with that sweet tasty sauce that oozes out like volcano lava,
    • 80% how you FEEL about what you know:  either stressed causing you dis-ease… or the 4th Alternative – wow I’m lucky I get to enjoy this!  Making you feel happy and content…
    • If you have decided to have the cake, you may as well enjoy it so you get that all important satisfied Post Purchase Behaviour.

    Because all you need to do, is make slight adjustments here and there, over time. That’s all, nice and smooth…

    So I had two servings of that cake with lavishing’s of cream at Mum’s last night because my little boy conveniently decided that he didn’t want his.  So yes it was indulgent and I felt way to full after, but I still got to enjoy it while I was eating it.  And yes, next time perhaps I will stick to just my serving…  Just a slight adjustment over time – that’s all, nice and easy…
