    Just one frame to communicate…

    “Relax in Rich Health 10″

    The depth of rapport…

In the history of art, you’ll find pictures on rocks, like the Rocks in Sydney… (I’m joking).  They kept a record of what was going on down the road and around the corner.

These one dimensional art works, where still frames.  The story is told, like a book.  One still frame at a time.  Like in Piaget’s Theory of Developmental Stages,  it was concrete.  The consciousness of the culture was communicated through a one dimensional representation.

Imagine how Walt Disney felt, when he discovered that flicking through a book of still frames, makes Mickey Mouse move… And the 2nd dimension was evolving.

    Art that moves.

The yellow family are our latter day 2 dimensional works of art.  Simpson’s are fun, very funny.  Would you describe them as having depth?

That reminds me of this email from the kind and wonderful man that moved over the bridge.  It was a whole collation of the biggest What the F&%$? in history.  It gets to this one about Picaso.  And this is what she looks like he says… Upon viewing the artwork for the first time ever, the audience gasps, What the F&!#? (Yes, it’s supposed to make you laugh…).  I’ll send you the email, it’s priceless!

So, back to art…  In architecture, the draftsman will draw up plans using a horzon line.  This is a precept for giving depth and perspective.  A man is small when far away, and bigger when close up.  (Can you do that in your mind?  If you like someone, would you bring them closer, more in focus?  Could it work the opposite way too?).

The depth of a horizon line forms the 3rd Dimension of an art work.  3 Dimensional artworks, also present as sculptures.  Yes, you’ll already be aware  we ourselves live in a 3 dimensional world.  3D movies are all the craze now.  My friend sent her husband to Harvey Norman to get a new stainless steel fridge, he came back with an X-box, a 3D television, a …  It was so funny!!!

Hey, and don’t you just love the 3D Avatar movie.  That reminds me of another story.  Nana took little Johnny home to his Mum’s house.  Yes we watched Avatar last night, said Nana smiling.  Little Johnny’s Mum, remembering the creative language in the movie which might not be on par for a 3 year old… inquired, what do you mean, Johnny watched Avatar?  Nana replied, Oh, it’s alright he only watches the birds…

Adding the 4th Dimension adds time to the paradigm.  When observing a work of art over time, you gain a more complete and comprehensive understanding.  Like every time you watch a movie you pick up new things, that you didn’t see before.  Little Johnny likes the birds now.  Over time he will come to understand that there is also a lot of creative language in the movie too.  And, no doubt he’ll also learn how to use that creative language and will make good use of it at appropriate and inappropriate times… often while watching birds of another kind…

These 4 dimensions create a powerful, beautiful square of flow and grace. Just in case you were wondering, no little Johnny is not a square, he’s way too cool a kid.  He’s a triangle. Allow me to show you…

A triangle is like your conscience. That small voice of Gimine Cricket, standing on your right shoulder.  That reminds me, we’ve been engulfed with big crickets this year, flitting around… Anyway, when it’s all smooth sailing and beautiful, the triangle of your conscience spins around merrily, nice, free and easy.

Then from time to time the conscience triangle comes up against an issue.  And this issue closes in.  The triangle points of your conscience are sharp and piercing, to begin with.  If you listen to the smartly dressed, green coated cricket, you’ll keep your triangle points sharpened like a cooks knife after the stone.

On the other hand, if you decide to cut a corner here or let a chip slip there, and don’t bother trying over the other side, then your triangle points start to become worn down by the enclosing issues.

This continual wearing away has consequences.  And eventually the sharp alert points of your triangle conscience are worn away, and you’re left with a circle.  This circle has no direction, and spins around going nowhere.

So yes, it’s advantageous to keep your triangle squeaky clean.  As Johnny Howard’s government suggested, Alert, not alarmed…

The key factor here, and the life changing variable for a great crowd, is that your conscience starts with you.  Having integrity for yourself.  That’s why it is crucial and imperative even, to keep your promises to yourself first.  Build rapport with yourself first, to engage it with others later.  Discover the depth of the lagoon to trust yourself and your self-assurance will rise like the aroma of a perfect tasting double chocolate souffle.

It’s about living from your Rolls Royce lifestyle package.  Thank you by the way for that amazing cassette tape set I listened too.  The guy got his Rolls Royce, just by matter of fact.  He kept integrity to himself.  And associated with other people that held integrity as a value high on the totem pole, in business and in their personal lives.

Benjamin Franklin says, A good conscience is a continual Christmas celebrate in present’s everyday…

    matter of fact…
