    10 Things Relaxing Rich Health

    1.  First things First, A part of everything I earn, I get to keep – from The Richest Man in Babylon…  Start saving 10% earlier and consistently…

    2.  Exercise regularly and consistently – And research what works best, because what I was doing wasn’t getting me the results that I was after.  I did some research and hey!  Bob’s your Uncle…

    3.  Be thankful and grateful, appreciative of every little thing, because it all matters.  He who is faithful in small things will be master over the bigger things too.  Thus if you are grateful for the small things, you get given big things to be grateful for too – pretty exciting…

    4.  Live in a state of positive consciousness more often…  An easy way to set up your day is with this goldie, “Something Amazing is about to happen to me!!!”  And you know what – it always does – Astonishing…

    5.  Eat positive thoughts, words, actions and goals.  Get all your ducks lined up on the designer runway.  Focus in one direction, is like getting yourself on the Super Highway…

    6.  Live in a state of being rich, from out of your Rolls Royce Lifestyle Package.  I love the 1907 Silver Ghost, it’s super cool.  From my Gran-Nan’s era, she made it 100 you know and was sent a birthday card from the Queen.  Lifespan from 1900 – 2000 – now that sure is super cool…

    7.  Keep healthy… some wise old man suggested – moderate alcohol, no drugs or smoking.  And do yourself a favour and get plenty of sleep.  The good kind… You know that you get your best sleep before midnight, lots of chemical reactions taking place to rejuvenate and relax you, sooner or later you will appreciate the benefits…  And who else loves the visits to the specialists, masseuse, dentist, kineisologist, day spa…  you know, its all about being relaxing in rich health…

    8.  Eat nutritious food, small portions of the good stuff, mostly alkaline – another rejuvenating gift from God…

    9.  Complete each task competently, no matter how small or big.  So you can focus your energies – that’s where your power comes from.

    10.  Give many gifts.  Be present already, here and now… a little bit closer, okay now we’re talking.  Be kinder, humbled, loving, powerful, wise and just.  Learn to say No easier, it’s okay to be honest -you know how to be tactful.  Change your light, live NOW.  Relaxing in Rich Health.  Thank you for being positive, healthy, efficient, giving, assertive – it’s nice yes…  And you know you can send happy thoughts to people.  How about sending a friend or fellow being, Love, Light & Gratitude to such and such…  or Love, Light & Laughter…  it is free to send and what ever you send out you get back 10 fold…  Nice little investment there

    Here is something for you to ponder…  if Sigmund Freud gave his wife cocaine to treat her depression, are professional athletes really living their dreams?

    Sigmund Freud treated a patient presenting with some symptoms.  To arrive at a solution, he would walk through the event, reveal the event and the triggers, release them and heal.  So how about the New Patterning?  Because once you have cleared out an old box you are left with a space…  Let’s make sure you can put something good there – yes…

    Presenting the 4th Alternative. You will recall it from earlier on.  About presenting a child with a different option to cease and divert from a previous behaviour.  It is about the implantation of a new Embedded Psychological Paradigm.  Leading to a positive behaviour modality.  Discover the new option, build on it.  Amend where necessary and then review.  What of a time covariance?  What happens over time?

    Compare sugar mis-control.  The resultant chemical warfare incumbent to the physiology.  To steer off onto a new option track, Electrical Signal modification is required.  So some powerful energy had to come in and push the train onto  a better track.  It is the 4th Alternative that will do this for you.  So what can beat sugar?

    Simple - Reframe…

    Come over here, and I will tell you.  Come closer… the Assimilation and Accommodation of new variances (r2).  The sugar is going crazy because your body is deficient in the natural resources that it requires to survive.  It could be protein, low GI carbohydrates, micro-nutrients like Zinc or Magnesium which are required in trace amounts for 200 -300 chemical reactions to transpire in your body.  Or how about good fats like Omega 3′s.  It could be lots of things.  And yes over time, the depletion of of these resources, results in the demineralization of your body tissues.  Where your body turns and eats itself to get some nourishment.  The bells are ringing and your getting in the tune.  In no time at all, you will put a name to the song.  And the seed is planted.

    So Gerrard is consuming too much sugar.  And doesn’t know how to stop…

    1. Reframe the situation… he is craving sugar because his body is starving for proper nutrients.  Also he has a demineralization of body tissues as his body eats the nutrients stored in bones and tissues e.g. calcium.  Therefore he is not really after sugar, but rather proper nutrients.  Fix the nutrients, helps to solve the sugar…

    2.  Give Gerrard the 4th Alternative/s…  Add nutrient rich foods to Gerrard’s meals to nourish his body, so the cravings subside at bit more…  Add healthy supplements like Multi Vitamin, Spirulina, and Fish Oil to replenish his body…  Get Gerrard’s sleeping patterns in tact – because your body will crave sugars if your sleep is not adequate.  Early to bed also by-passes those unnecessary after hours snacks in front of the TV or computer screen…

    3.  When you present Gerrard with the 4th Alternative, you are adding value and quality to his life. Advancing his prerogative so he comes out of the stuck sugar phases, and is rolling, rolling, rolling…  It is just so much easier this time around, nice and smooth.  And it’s not a big deal, with a massive effort.  It is a simple, from now on I get to choose from more options, this, and this and this and this…   That is the luxury of it, easy and beautiful
